2 case of Neurofibromatosis with astrocytoma at cerebellum

Abstract

|
We experienced two cases of neurofibromatosis type 1 with cerebellar astrocytoma in 6-year-old and 14-year-old boys. They had multiple cafe-au-lait spots, Lisch nodule and neurofibromas with cerebellar astrocytoma. The excision of the tumor mass
and
radiotherapy was done in the former patients and he recovered without neurolongic seguelae, but the other patient had discharged without any therapy. A brief review of literatures was also presented.
